What are user roles & permissions?

Roles have access to different features in Flowingly.

There are five types of user roles in Flowingly:

Workflow User

As a Workflow User, you are able to run flows for processes that have been published to you, monitor and participate in flows that you are involved in and run reports against those flows.

Report Administrator

Same permissions as a Workflow User but additionally Report Admins can report on all processes but cannot access Library (create, edit and publish processes) or Setup (users, teams and categories).

Flow Model Administrator

Same permissions as a Workflow User but additionally Flow Model Admins can create, edit and publish processes. They can report on all processes that they own and has limited access within Setup (databases and categories).

Flow Model Editor

Same permissions as a Workflow User but additionally Flow Model Editors can create and edit processes without the ability to publish. This role has been created to work alongside the Governance module.

Business Administrator

Same permissions as a Workflow User but additionally Business Admins can create, edit and publish processes. They can report on all processes and can access Setup to manage users, teams and categories, and create Tags.
