Summary
The Report Owner role provides reporting access to individual Flow Models. Where previously Report Administrators were able to report on data in all Flow Models, they can now only report on data in Flow Models where they have been set as a Report Owner on.
The Report Owner role was introduced with the Confidential Workflows feature. See article Using Confidential Workflows for more information.

How to add a Report Owner
1. Go to Library tab
2. Click Padlock icon
3. Go to the Report Owner's tab
4. Add the person you would like to give full report access
Note: The user must be a Business or Report Administrator to show in the user list.
Report Owners will now have reporting access to the all data in the Flow Model.
