No matter what type of Flow Model you have designed (Process Map, Workflow, or SOP) a review date can be set. This is often considered best practice due to processes evolving over time, that reviewing you processes periodically can help ensure they are up to date and setting a date in the "Process Review Date" field is a great way to achieve this.
When publishing any Flow Model there is an option to set a "Process Review Date"
Setting a Process Review Date will ensure that a reminder is sent out to multiple key users associated with the process, this includes:
Process Owner
Flow Model Owners
Process Creator
All users are notified with a unique email which contains all processes they have a relationship with. This automated email is sent out on the last day of each month and depending on the user could include multiple processes of any variety. Any process with a review date that is overdue will be included within this email.
