From the Library click the "Create New Flow Model" button and select "Process Map with AI". Once this is selected there are 2 possible options to use AI to generate a process map.
Create the Prompt
We recommend adding as much information into the Details tab as possible so that there is more context for the AI engine to work with. However, it can work off as little information as the name of the map.
Files can be included in the prompt to generate a process map. The other fields in the Details will be included in the prompt but, your current documentation can be used to ensure the generated map matches your current process.
Supported file types:
CSV
Image (Supported: GIF, HEIC, JPG, JPEG, PNG, WEBP)
Text (Supported: MD, TXT)
Once all the information has been added, click "Generate with AI"
Output
Flowingly will take a few seconds to generate the map but once completed you will have a complete process, leaving minimal required edits to get this published.
Each step should contain a succinct set of instructions for you to review and add additional context, if required.
