Do your colleagues prefer using Microsoft Teams over emails to keep up-to-date?

You can do both using Flowingly’s custom email functionality with Microsoft Teams.

Ensure your team is kept informed by notifying them of completed actions, or advising them of tasks to complete, both by email and in MS Teams.

Adding an MS Teams email address to your Custom Email step is easy, providing extra visibility of steps completed and actions to take.

In Microsoft Teams:

1. Find and select your Microsoft Teams

2. Select Get email address from your ellipse's dropdown

3. Copy the email address

In your Flow Model 'Details' of your Custom Email step:

4. Paste the email address into Additional Recipient

5. Complete the rest of your Custom Email details and design, and publish your Flow Model to your specific users and teams.

Your colleagues are now ready to receive both your custom email, and email message in Microsoft Teams.
