For any workflow steps that engage with external parties you may want to ensure that your branding remains consistent. Form themes can be created and applied to any external steps (Public Forms, External User Tasks).

Creating a Form Theme

Navigate to the Form Themes tab within the Library and click the "Create Form Theme" button.

Each theme has a few items to configure, including:

  • Theme Name

  • Description

  • Logo (Left, Centre, Right alignment)

  • Font Colours

  • Form Background

  • Button Colour

For the form colour selections (Form Background & Button Colour) an exact hex code can be provided in the text box provided for each selection. Otherwise, this can be manually selected by clicking on the pencil icon and picking a colour.

Once all configurations have been made, click "Save" and "Publish" to ensure the theme is visible when designing external forms.

Alternatively, the Default theme can be updated so that only one selection is possible for users creating and editing workflows and force the correct branding.

Applying Form Themes

Form themes can only be applied to externally facing forms, including:

  • Public Forms

  • External User Tasks

In the Form Editor a dropdown containing the available Form Themes will be available for the user editing the form to select from. This will be set to the Default Theme if left untouched.

Select the relevant theme and save the form to have this applied when the workflow is published. A preview of the theme will be visible when viewing the form within the modeler.
