As a Business Admin you can start a flow on behalf of multiple users at the same time.
Here's a few common examples that are popular with our clients:
Kick off performance reviews company wide
Start a flow for your employees to sign a policy document via online signature
Delegate tasks across multiple team members
To start a flow on behalf of another user:
Click Start Flows in the menu
Select the flow you would like to start
Click Edit users
Select the users you would like to start this flow for
Enter a meaningful subject i.e Q3 employee performance reviews
Click Start
