Click Flows I'm In on the left-hand side menu. This will list flows that you started and are in-progress.  Filters are provided at the top of the page. These filters can be used, for example, to look at completed flows or in-progress flows. 

There is also an All Flows tab which will show all flows that you were involved in, not just those you started.
