Use Previous Step for Decisions

Any previous Step with a Form Field can be used in a Decision

In addition to using information collected in the Step immediately previous, Decision Gateways can also use information collected in any earlier Step in the Flow.

To configure a Decision to use data from a previous Step, click on the Decision and:

  1. Choose the Decision Step containing the information to use in the Decision.

  2. Choose the Decision Field for the Step selected.

  3. Configure the Decision Paths from the data in the field.

Each Decision Path can only use one Decision field, which can come from any previous Task in the Flow.
